Build the first Conway Android APK around one bundled periodic wallpaper. The app does one thing: render the wallpaper full-screen with GLES3 and let one finger pan across it using two float offsets.

The prior pinch/rotate/color/deformation gesture machinery has been removed from this first phone experiment. The APK packages a checked-in GLSL ES shader artifact so Android iteration does not require bootstrapping the compiler; shader/ConwayWallpaper.idric remains the wallpaper source and a separate CI job checks that it compiles through the Edric → GLSL ES backend.

CI also installs the debug APK in a phone-sized emulator, captures a frame, performs one swipe, and requires the rendered frame to change.
