Updates the in-tree recipe (the source of truth for the conda-forge feedstock derivation) to the released 3.1.1 sdist. aimnet leaves
requirements.run(it cannot be packaged for conda-forge —nvalchemi-toolkit-opsis pip-only; 3.1.1 degrades gracefully without it, exit 3 withpip install aimnet). torchani and ase join as run deps so the conda package has working ANI engines and thermochemistry out of the box.pip checkleaves the test block — the pip metadata intentionally requires aimnet while this package intentionally omits it. sha256 verified against the PyPI JSON API.
