Retire the New UI FAQ page - #64

The New UI FAQ was a migration-era page that has aged out of accuracy (the alerting link pointed at the legacy tree, the Administration-nav steps are stale). Delete it, remove the nav entry, and redirect its URL to the docs home. No inbound links reference it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
