The attendance service now separates snapshot reconciliation, board projection and CSV generation, sharing the existing meeting lock and indexing repeated board lookups. Public API, connector identity rules and CSV output remain unchanged.
Validation: Baseline 495 → final 500 C# tests, plus 68 dashboard tests before and after. Five added compatibility tests also pass against baseline source. Independent review and secret scan passed.
Compatibility and limits: C# validation used installed SDK 8.0.131 in an otherwise byte-identical source copy; the repository pin remains 8.0.424. No live Zoom or installer operations.
