Closed on Tushar's decision (2026-10-19): the missing desktop build was caused by the GitHub Actions incident (degraded availability since 15:49 UTC), not by the macos-26 image. The cancelled bkmain desktop release for b244dbc will be re-run on macos-26 once Actions recovers. |

b244dbc1(#324) never got a runner. Its "Build" job asks for GitHub's hostedmacos-26image:The mobile "iOS IPA" job (also
macos-26) of the same push was cancelled the same way. GitHub status was "All Systems Operational".This PR moves both jobs of
bk-desktop-release.yml(Build and Publish) tomacos-15, the generally available Apple Silicon image. The desktop build uses code signing, Rustaarch64-apple-darwinand Electron packaging, and none of them needs the macOS 26 SDK.
