Bump the gate's TROPECHECK_PIN (69221ad6) to a post-ratification checker commit #44

Open

Description

@hyperpolymath

Recorded in Phase 0 (PR #42, task V3); not changed there.

What: tests/e2e/invoke_slice.sh pins TROPECHECK_PIN="69221ad6bec0c9286cb5c917edfad281e7e0089e" and, when TROPECHECK_BIN is not set, clones trope-checker at that commit and builds tropecheck-rs from it. That commit predates the spec v0.2 consolidation and ADR 0005 (trope-checker PR #102). With TROPECHECK_BIN set (as in the Phase 0 ground-truth runs) the pin is bypassed, so the gate has been exercised against the current Rust core but the pinned path has not.

When: once trope-checker #102 lands on main.

How: set TROPECHECK_PIN to the landed merge commit; run just gate (or ./tests/e2e/invoke_slice.sh with no TROPECHECK_BIN) and confirm GATE PASS: invoke slice proven (use-relativity + warrant door + unit tests); update the pin note in AFFIRMATION.adoc. The Rust core's src/rust/ did not change between 69221ad6's era and the Phase 0 patches in ways the fixtures depend on, so the expected outcome is an unchanged verdict pair — any difference is a finding to record, not to paper over.
