ABI-FFI-README.adoc still contains unfilled {{PROJECT}} placeholders and the template instruction line #112

Follow-up from the R-16 reconciliation (ruling R-28b, ubicity singleton).

The merge took origin's ABI-FFI-README.adoc (the .md→.adoc migration) over a local .md edit from the 2026-08-05 placeholder sweep. But origin's .adoc still contains unfilled {{PROJECT}} placeholders and the template's self-detonating instruction line — the local sweep had filled two of them (as UBICITY) in the now-dropped .md.

Fix: fill the placeholders in the .adoc and remove the instruction line. The discarded local hunks are preserved at forensics/r16-class-conflict-reports/ubicity.diff in the estate control tree for reference.
