Keep Tokio compatible with the declared Rust version
When users build with the Rust 1.75 toolchain explicitly supported by Cargo.toml:8, this locked Tokio release cannot compile because Tokio 1.54 raises its MSRV to Rust 1.85. Either retain a compatible Tokio version or raise the package's rust-version and associated toolchain requirements; otherwise cargo build --locked breaks for a documented supported environment.
