Track unfinished embedded AffineScript compiler, runtime, tooling and provenance #84

The central estate audit reports untracked implementation debt in the embedded affinescript/ tree. This issue tracks that debt without representing it as implemented or verified.

Outstanding components:

• Editor / JavaScript, ReScript and TypeScript bridge sources contain semantic implementation placeholders.
• Formatter is a stub; linter effect checking, source spans and unsafe-operation checks are incomplete.
• Trait conversion, signature compatibility, overlapping implementations and unification checks are incomplete.
• Runtime allocation, effect and FFI implementations retain Phase 6 placeholders.
• Package management CLI, registry, resolver, storage and workspace logic retain Phase 8 placeholders.
• LSP structured fix suggestions remain incomplete.

Acceptance: establish the provenance and intended dependency boundary of this embedded copy; implement or remove each unsupported public capability with appropriate tests, and reconcile it with the canonical AffineScript repository. Preserve the distinction between these components and the independently tested Rust burrower-core / ECHIDNA Isabelle integration. Do not claim that tracking the debt completes the implementations.
