create-template.sh still scaffolds the retired v1 shape (LICENSE.txt / justfile / flake.nix) #186

aletheia/scripts/create-template.sh generates new projects in the retired v1 shape: LICENSE.txt, lowercase justfile, flake.nix, .gitlab-ci.yml, Python/flake8 bits. A project scaffolded today FAILS aletheia Bronze on day one (license-file wants LICENSE; justfile wants a capital-J Justfile with real recipes; flake.nix is retired estate-wide).

The v1-era docs were rewritten in #124's campaign (QUICK_REFERENCE etc.), but the generator's behavior was deliberately left alone — rewriting a 500-line generator is a feature task, not a docs touch-up.

Acceptance: a freshly scaffolded project passes aletheia Bronze (ideally Silver) with no hand edits; the generator's own help text and the template README describe the v2 shape; GitLab URLs repointed (that mirror 403s — see the install.sh fix in the #124 campaign for the pattern).
