ci: repin standards callers to 75bd599, whose own lock GitHub accepts - #929
Conversation
…ammar gh-actions-lock v0.2.0 writes lockfile v0.0.3, and the estate gate now pins v0.2.0 (standards#1250). ActionsLock accepted only v0.0.2, so any relocked repository raised a high-severity invalid_actions_lock from workflow_audit and workflow_hardening (palimpsest-license alerts 347 and 349). Hypatia's own lock has been v0.0.3 since #926, so its own "parses the repository's authoritative generated lockfile" test failed. v0.0.3 has the v0.0.2 line grammar: same sections, same record fields, same `'<path>': []` form (measured on this repo's lock and on rsr-template-repo's). Both versions are now parsed by the one strict grammar; every other version string is still refused, and a second version line is still a duplicate. Tests: one case for v0.0.3 (accepted; malformed v0.0.3 still fails closed), one for unsupported versions and a duplicate line. Run standalone against the module: 14/14 pass; the unpatched module fails 3 of them, including the existing own-lock test. Since GitHub began enforcing actions.lock at job setup (~2026-10-15), every job in a workflow that calls a standards reusable dies at `Set up job` with "Unable to resolve action actions/checkout@3d3c42e…: invalid lockfile pin". GitHub checks a reusable workflow's actions against the CALLEE's lock at the called SHA. Standards' lock at the pins used here (da2c748, 571cc73, 2479cf7) gives leaf actions their own SHA as ref; standards' lock-selfcheck rates all three POISON. All five callers now pin 75bd599 (standards main; every workflow green there; lock-selfcheck SELF-CONSISTENT). The interfaces are compatible: no new required inputs or secrets. This repo's lock records these callers as `[]` and has no self-SHA leaf records, so it needs no change (relock-standards-pin.sh: nothing to relock); the governance lock gate at 75bd599 (gh-actions-lock v0.2.0) exits 0 on this tree. Same root cause and fix as hyperpolymath/palimpsest-license#187. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LET2eHeDbN3b4WuxYjMUX9

The governance "UUID v8 conformance" gate (and the legacy "UUID v7 conformance" job, which runs the same strict check at standards 75bd599) never reached this tree before: every governance job died at job setup on the callee-lock pin. With the repin they run, and both fail on the four placeholder UUIDs in integration/fixtures/mock-responses/ bitbucket-repo.json, the only non-v8 literals in the repository. The values are invented placeholders, and nothing loads the file: load_mock_response() has no callers, and the Bitbucket mock test builds its responses inline. Flip each placeholder's version nibble to 8 and its variant nibble into 8-b, keeping the recognisable digit patterns. The file stays valid JSON, and check-uuid-v8.sh --strict now passes on the whole tree. …rint Standards 75bd599 adds a gating full-history gitleaks pass to secret-scanner-reusable.yml (fetch-depth 0, every commit). It reports five generic-api-key matches, all in files that f2fe2df removed from the tree: - deploy/k8s/secrets.yaml at 0d310fa, lines 38/40/44/50: a Secret template whose values are base64 of the placeholder CHANGE_ME_IN_PRODUCTION, as the comment above each line says. Checked by comparing each value against the encoded placeholder. - deploy/terraform/modules/monitoring/main.tf at 269dac0, line 421: a Prometheus recording-rule name, not a credential. Ignore exactly those five commit:file:rule:line fingerprints, following the shape of standards' own .gitleaksignore. They cannot suppress a match in any new commit or location. Verified locally with the pinned gitleaks 8.18.4 (sha256 as in the reusable workflow) and the estate baseline from 75bd599: - history pass: 5 leaks before, none after; - working-tree pass: still clean; - negative control: a planted random secret at the same path and line is still caught by both passes. …suites pass E2E — Elixir Scanner Pipeline and Integration Tests fail on main since #926: the repository's own lock is now v0.0.3, and Hypatia.Rules.ActionsLock rejects it ("parses the repository's authoritative generated lockfile": unsupported_version "v0.0.3"). #928 fixes that. This brings in its commit unchanged, so the two PRs merge in either order. Four callers used `secrets: inherit`, which forwards every repository and organisation secret to the callee (CWE-250). The callees at standards 75bd599 declare what they need, and their headers say not to inherit (standards#1108 §6b): - hypatia-scan-reusable declares HYPATIA_SCAN_PAT (optional); - mirror-reusable declares the seven forge keys (all optional); - scorecard-reusable and secret-scanner-reusable declare none. Pass exactly those. The `uses:` lines are unchanged, so actions.lock is too. This clears the four WH008 findings that the governance baseline gate reports on these files. It matches the change CodeRabbit asked for on hyperpolymath/palimpsest-license#187. …kspace At standards 75bd599, the governance "JS runtimes — environment provisions Bun first" job checks standards' tools/js-runtimes out at .standards-js/ inside the caller's checkout, then runs `cargo install --locked --path .standards-js/tools/js-runtimes`. Here that path sits under this repository's root workspace, so cargo refuses: error: current package believes it's in a workspace when it's not Exclude .standards-js from the workspace. Reproduced locally by staging the crate the same way: `cargo metadata` fails with that error before the change and passes after. The job's full `cargo install --locked` then builds, and `js-runtimes provision .` exits 0. The root fix belongs in standards (an empty [workspace] table in the crate's manifest); this line is harmless once that lands. …generic error
v0.0.3 is not quite the v0.0.2 grammar. gh-actions-lock v0.2.0 adds one
optional per-dependency field, `hostname` (`json:"hostname,omitempty"`,
confirmed in the v0.2.0 binary). It writes the field only for a GHE.com
data-residency tenant, never for github.com, so neither real v0.0.3 lock
in the estate (this repo's, rsr-template-repo's) carries it.
Make the parser say so instead of reporting a generic
:malformed_dependency_entry:
- In a v0.0.3 lock, `hostname: 'github.com'` is accepted. It states the
default.
- In a v0.0.3 lock, any other host is refused as
{:unsupported_dependency_hostname, host}. Repository identity
(owner_id/repo_id uniqueness) is validated per host, and this parser
models github.com only.
- In a v0.0.2 lock, a hostname line is still malformed: the field did not
exist then.
The moduledoc now describes the restricted schema accurately.
Tests: a new case covers all three behaviours and a duplicate hostname
line. The real locks still parse: hypatia v0.0.3 (40 deps),
rsr-template-repo v0.0.3 (37), palimpsest-license v0.0.2 (38), standards
v0.0.2 (26).

## Why `governance-reusable.yml` and `js-runtimes-reusable.yml` check `tools/js-runtimes` out at `.standards-js/` **inside the caller's checkout**, then run `cargo install --locked --path` on it. When the caller's root `Cargo.toml` is a workspace, cargo walks up from the staged crate, finds that workspace, and refuses: ``` error: current package believes it's in a workspace when it's not: current: /home/runner/work/hypatia/hypatia/.standards-js/tools/js-runtimes/Cargo.toml workspace: /home/runner/work/hypatia/hypatia/Cargo.toml ``` So `governance / JS runtimes — environment provisions Bun first` fails on **every Rust-workspace consumer** pinned at 75bd599. hyperpolymath/hypatia#929 hit it first. Callers without a root workspace pass, for example hyperpolymath/palimpsest-license#187. ## What `tools/js-runtimes/Cargo.toml` gains an empty `[workspace]` table, with a comment saying why. That makes the crate its own workspace root wherever it is staged. Standards has no root `Cargo.toml`, so nothing changes in this repository: `Cargo.lock` is untouched. ## Verified - In a probe repository with a root workspace and the crate staged at `.standards-js/tools/js-runtimes`: - `cargo metadata`: exit 101 with the current manifest, 0 with this one; - the job's own `cargo install --quiet --locked --path …`: builds. - In standards: `cargo test --locked --manifest-path tools/js-runtimes/Cargo.toml` passes (8 tests). hypatia#929 carries a consumer-side `exclude = [".standards-js"]` so it can go green before this lands. That exclude is harmless afterwards. Other Rust-workspace repos need this fix before the estate-wide repin. --- _Generated by [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code/session_01LET2eHeDbN3b4WuxYjMUX9)_ Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Learning: In hyperpolymath/hypatia, Hypatia.Rules.ActionsLock in lib/rules/actions_lock.ex intentionally supports a github.com-only subset of lockfile v0.0.3. The estate uses github.com, not GHE.com tenants. Accepting explicit hostname: 'github.com', rejecting other hosts with {:unsupported_dependency_hostname, host}, and documenting this restriction is intentional; full multi-host dependency identity is not required within this scope.

Pin governance only after its scanner is baseline-compatible
On every push and pull request, this revision of governance-reusable.yml runs the newer Hypatia scanner at 51ab649, which rejects this repository's v0.0.3 actions.lock and reports 34 additional findings absent from .hypatia-baseline.json; consequently the reusable's Validate Hypatia Baseline job remains permanently red. The local ActionsLock parser update cannot affect the scanner embedded in the pinned callee, so pin a standards revision whose Hypatia ref includes the v0.0.3 fix and resolve or baseline the newly enabled rules before switching this required workflow.

Correct about the mechanism, and already tracked on this PR. The current count is 30 rather than 34: 3e695cc and fd2531f cleared the 5 hardcoded_tmp findings and the eval_in_shell one.
Holding the repin back does not make the gate green. The old pin fails before any job starts (invalid lockfile pin under GitHub's job-setup lockfile enforcement), so on the old ref this required workflow does not run at all.
What remains is split as in the earlier comment:
invalid_actions_lock: clears once standards'hypatia-refmoves past fix(actions-lock): accept lockfile v0.0.3 (github.com dependencies) #928's merge.- 28 workflow-rule findings (RE001/RE004/RE005/WH013): waiting on the owner's choice between triaging them in a dedicated PR and passing the old
hypatia-reffor now.
I'm leaving this thread open for that decision.

Follow-up to 3e695cc, answering three review findings on it: - The default MOUNT_POINT expanded $HOME at load time, so with neither XDG variable nor HOME set, `set -u` aborted before --help or --mount could run. The default is now resolved after parse_args, and an environment with none of them asks for --mount instead of crashing. - The no-sudo disk fallback sat under XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, which is itself a small tmpfs. It is scratch space, so it now uses `mktemp -d -t`: the system temp dir (honouring TMPDIR) with an unpredictable name, removed by the existing EXIT trap. That is the cure hardcoded_tmp names for scratch files. - The --mount help text now names the XDG_STATE_HOME step. The orphan-job self-check (#850) parses .github/workflows/security-policy.yml, but the security-status job had no checkout, so awk and sed found no file and the step exited 2. The verdict step after it was skipped on every run, which left the aggregator red without ever consulting its eight scans. A sparse checkout of just that file, with persist-credentials off, lets the self-check run. actions/checkout@v7.0.1 is already in actions.lock for this workflow, so the lock does not change. Checked locally: the self-check script passes against the edited file (9 jobs, all 8 non-aggregators named in needs:). …sure (#135) ## What was failing Rust CI has been red on every run since 2026-10-16 ([run 38846539059](https://github.com/hyperpolymath/cicd-squabbler/actions/runs/38846539059) and each one after it), dying in `rust-ci / Detect Cargo.toml` at **Set up job**: ``` Unable to resolve action `actions/checkout@3d3c42e5aac5ba805825da76410c181273ba90b1`: invalid lockfile pin. Run `gh actions-lock` to update the lockfile ``` Nothing in this repository changed between the last green run (`60e8f7a`, 2026-10-15) and the first red one: the lock and the workflows are byte-identical across the flip. GitHub began validating a called reusable workflow against the **callee** repository's `actions.lock` at the called SHA, and rejects a dependency record whose `ref:` is the bare commit SHA instead of the tag it was resolved from. standards' lock at `8f2ee50` and `da2c748` records `actions/checkout@3d3c42e5…` with `ref: '3d3c42e5…'`; at `75bd599` (standards main, 2026-10-19) the same record reads `ref: 'v7.0.1'`, and callers pinned there create jobs again (hyperpolymath/hypatia#929 witnessed it first). A walk of standards' first-parent history shows 454 main commits from 2026-08-19 to 2026-10-19 carry such a record; `75bd599` is the first that does not. Governance, Mirror, Secret Scanner, Hypatia Scan, Scorecard and the standards pipeline were dying the same way, so all seven callers move together. ## What this PR does * Re-pins the seven standards callers to `75bd5994470661a099df562d6d5ad2fe744dbd66`. The pipeline caller passes no inputs, so the inputs `ci-pipeline.yml` dropped since `ed5e3f6` do not affect it. * Rebuilds `actions.lock` instead of patching it: one `hyperpolymath/standards@75bd599` record whose `uses:` is the union of what the seven called reusables use at that commit, and every third-party record copied verbatim from standards' own lock at `75bd599`, which GitHub accepts. The two actions this repository pins directly by SHA (`actions/attest-build-provenance`, `softprops/action-gh-release`) now carry the tag that resolves to their commit (`v4.2.2`, `v3.0.3`). Records nothing references are pruned. `scripts/check-lock-sync.sh`: in sync and transitively closed. * Resyncs two Dependabot bumps the lock had been missing since #133 (`smtp-notify-action` v0.5.0; `upload-artifact` v7.0.2 / `download-artifact` v8.0.2), which were startup-failing `push-email-notify.yml` and `static-analysis-gate.yml`. * Two rustdoc fixes in `squabble-core` for the strict warnings-denied doc build of cicd-suite's Rust gate (hyperpolymath/cicd-suite#54): public docs linked the private items `step_concluded` and `propose_for`. ## Verified locally `cargo fmt --check`, `cargo clippy --all-targets --locked -D warnings`, doctests, `cargo +1.85 check --workspace --locked` (the declared MSRV) and `cargo doc --document-private-items` with `RUSTDOCFLAGS=-D warnings` all pass. `scripts/check-lock-sync.sh` exits 0. ## Not in this PR Calling cicd-suite's strict Rust gate and the SPARK gate (for `spark/squabble_gate.gpr`) from here. This repository's lock-sync gate requires every called reusable's transitive closure in `actions.lock`, and that closure needs records for `EmbarkStudios/cargo-deny-action` and `alire-project/setup-alire` whose numeric repository ids this session cannot obtain (the GitHub API is scoped to the estate's own repositories). hyperpolymath/plasma-parser-writer#108 is the first live caller of the cicd-suite gate under the new callee-lock validation; what it shows decides whether cicd-suite must key its gate workflows in its own lock first. Either way the adoption here is a follow-up, with those two ids or with `gh actions-lock` run by someone who can. Commits on this branch are unsigned: no signing key is available in this session (the configured key file is empty). …estate's dead Rust CI (#931) ## Why Three defect classes killed Rust CI across the estate between 2026-09-29 and 2026-10-19, each a setup failure that reads as a code failure. hyperpolymath/cicd-suite#54 built gates in which they cannot occur; this PR is hypatia's half of the propagation architecture (hypatia detects → gitbot-fleet actuates, hyperpolymath/gitbot-fleet#615 → .git-private-farm propagates, hyperpolymath/.git-private-farm#166). Every rule here has a fleet fix script carrying the same facts. ## What | Rule | Where | Fires on | Fleet repair | |---|---|---|---| | **WF026** | `workflow_audit.ex` | a SHA-pinned `dtolnay/rust-toolchain` step with no `toolchain:` input — the step exits with `'toolchain' is a required input` before any cargo command runs (hyperpolymath/plasma-parser-writer#105; standards#439 fixed the reusable). Step bodies are bounded by indentation; tag pins never fire. | `fix-rust-toolchain-input.sh` | | **WF027** | `workflow_audit.ex` | a caller pinned at a reusable revision the estate has **measured** dead for that reusable — a data table keyed by reusable path; first row: the 83 standards main commits of June 2026 whose `rust-ci-reusable.yml` carries the WF026 defect (every first-parent commit `d73c93e0..49ed4715`, file content checked). Unlike WF016 these commits resolve: the run starts and the reusable's first step fails. | `fix-stale-reusable-pin.sh` (Window A) | | **PIN-003** | `pr-automerge-policy.json` (read by PI001 and PA001) | the 545 standards commits reachable from main, 2026-08-19..2026-10-19, whose `actions.lock` carries an action record with its own SHA as `ref:`. Since ~2026-10-15 GitHub validates a called reusable against the **callee's** lock at the called SHA and rejects those records (`invalid lockfile pin`), so every standards reusable at those revisions dies at `Set up job` for every caller (#929; cicd-squabbler run 38846539059, byte-identical to its last green run). `known_good_sha` is `75bd599`, the first main commit with a clean lock. | `fix-stale-reusable-pin.sh` (Window B) | | `known_reusables` | `sha_bump_propagation.ex` | cicd-suite's estate audit and the Rust, Creusot, SPARK and miniKanren gates, so a cicd-suite bump feeds the propagator like a standards bump. | — | A note on PIN-003's provenance: standards' own `scripts/lock-selfcheck.sh` rates those commits SELF-CONSISTENT, because it checks that every ref is *keyed*, not that a key's `ref:` is a tag. The list was produced by a walk of every reachable commit, lock content parsed per commit. ## Tests * `test/rules/workflow_audit_pins_test.exs` (new, 13 tests): fires / silent / the indentation boundary / the per-reusable window / the table's edges (83 rows, edges in, replacement out) / the audit's counts. * `test/rules/pin_integrity_test.exs`: reads the committed policy with OTP's `:json`; PIN-003 denylists `8f2ee50` through a reusable path, while `75bd599` and the June revisions are not denylisted. * `test/rules/sha_bump_propagation_test.exs`: the cicd-suite rows. Hex is unreachable from this session, so `mix test` could not run here. The WF026/WF027 tests were run against a scratch build of the new functions (13/13), and the pin-integrity, lock and SHA-bump suites against the compiled modules (all pass; the two pre-existing `actions_lock_test` failures outside Mix — v0.0.3 lock, `Hypatia.Rules` not loaded — are unrelated). `mix format --check-formatted` passes on every changed file. CI's `mix test` is the first full run; if it finds something, I fix it here. `AGENTIC.a2ml` records the contract: tables extend only from a measured walk, an agent never names a replacement revision, and the WF027 table / PIN-003 mirror gitbot-fleet's `stale-reusable-pins.tsv` windows A and B and are regenerated together. Commits on this branch are unsigned: no signing key is available in this session (the configured key file is empty). …ument parsing (#949) ## What `scripts/ramdisk-orchestrator.sh` computed its default mount point when the script loaded, from `$HOME`. Under `set -u` that meant any run with `HOME` unset died with `HOME: unbound variable` before it got to `--help` or `--mount`. That includes cron, systemd units and `env -i`. This PR keeps the only part of #929 that main doesn't already have. The rest of #929 is superseded by main; see the closing comment there. - **Resolved after `parse_args`.** The default is `XDG_RUNTIME_DIR`, else `XDG_STATE_HOME`, else `~/.local/state`, always under `hypatia/workspace`. That is the path main already uses, so an existing mount is still found and reused. #929 had renamed it to `hypatia-workspace`, which would have orphaned that mount; this PR does not carry the rename. - **No base and no `--mount`.** The script logs `No XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, XDG_STATE_HOME or HOME; pass --mount PATH` and exits 1, instead of an unbound-variable crash. - **No-sudo scratch fallback.** It now uses `mktemp -d -t hypatia-workspace.XXXXXXXX` in the system temp dir. Before, it used a predictable `$$`-suffixed path inside `XDG_RUNTIME_DIR`, which is itself a small tmpfs. ## Test `tests/ramdisk-orchestrator-test.sh` (new) runs the script with `env -i`, so the environment holds only `PATH`, the variables under test and an empty repos dir. Every run is `--dry-run` with a repo name that doesn't exist, so nothing is cloned, mounted or scanned. It is wired into `tests/e2e.sh`, which `tests.yml` runs. | Case | main's script | this PR | |---|---|---| | `--help` with no HOME/XDG | FAIL (unbound HOME) | PASS | | no HOME/XDG, no `--mount` → refusal naming `--mount` | FAIL | PASS | | `--mount PATH` with no HOME/XDG | FAIL | PASS | | default under `XDG_RUNTIME_DIR` | PASS | PASS | | default under `XDG_STATE_HOME` | PASS | PASS | | default under `HOME/.local/state` | PASS | PASS | Local checks: - `bash -n` is clean on all three files. - `shellcheck -S warning` on the script reports only SC2034 and SC2155. Both are already on main and neither is in the lines this PR touches. - I could not run `tests/e2e.sh` end to end here: there is no Elixir in this container, so it stops at preflight. CI's `tests.yml` installs Elixir before running it. --- _Generated by [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code/session_01Xn9nqHVbUTRLgBdedoXAc8)_ Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
) ## What Adds one step to the `security-status` job in `.github/workflows/security-policy.yml`: a sparse checkout of that workflow file, with `persist-credentials: false`. ## Why The orphan-job self-check (#850) parses `.github/workflows/security-policy.yml`, but the job had no checkout. So the step fails on every run: ``` awk: fatal: cannot open file `.github/workflows/security-policy.yml' for reading: No such file or directory ##[error]Process completed with exit code 2. ``` That leaves the aggregator red for the wrong reason, and the verdict step after it is skipped. The aggregator never actually consults its eight scans. This happens on `main` (5173ca7, 2bc2103, fd7db07) and on every PR. ## Checks - `actions/checkout@v7.0.1` is already listed in `actions.lock` for this workflow, so the lock is unchanged. - Ran the self-check script locally against the edited file. It reports 9 jobs, with all 8 non-aggregators named in `needs:`, and prints "ok". - The new step parses with yq, and the job list is unchanged. ## What to expect on this PR Once the self-check passes, the verdict step will run. It will **still report Security Status as failed on `main`'s tree, correctly**, because `rust-audit` and `rust-deny` fail on `main`. #929 fixes both, with lock bumps and a current-schema `deny.toml`. On #929's head every scan job is already green, so this change plus #929 should turn Security Status green. The same step is ported into #929. --- _Generated by [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code/session_01LET2eHeDbN3b4WuxYjMUX9)_ Signed-off-by: Jonathan D.A. …928) ## Why gh-actions-lock v0.2.0 writes lockfile **v0.0.3**, and the estate's lock gate now pins v0.2.0 (hyperpolymath/standards#1250). `Hypatia.Rules.ActionsLock` accepts only v0.0.2. - **Other repositories:** any repo whose lock is regenerated with the estate's tool fails closed with: ``` invalid_actions_lock: {:line, 4, {:unsupported_version, "v0.0.3"}} ``` The finding comes from both `workflow_audit` and `workflow_hardening`, at high severity. It happened on hyperpolymath/palimpsest-license#177 as code-scanning alerts 347 and 349. - **This repository:** Hypatia's own `actions.lock` has been v0.0.3 since #926. Its existing test `"parses the repository's authoritative generated lockfile"` therefore fails against the unpatched module. ## What **114d015.** For github.com dependencies, v0.0.3 uses the v0.0.2 line grammar. I measured this on this repo's lock and on `rsr-template-repo`'s, both v0.0.3: - the same `workflows:` and `dependencies:` sections; - the same record fields (`ref`, `commit`, `owner_id`, `repo_id`, `uses`); - the same `'<path>': []` form for a workflow with nothing to lock. So: - `@supported_version "v0.0.2"` becomes `@supported_versions ["v0.0.2", "v0.0.3"]`, both parsed by the one strict grammar. - Every other version string is still `{:unsupported_version, v}`, and a second `version:` line is still `:duplicate_version`. **a50c0e5** is for CodeRabbit's finding on #929. v0.0.3 adds one optional per-dependency field, `hostname`. The v0.2.0 binary has `json:"hostname, omitempty"`, and it is written only for GHE.com data-residency tenants, never for github.com. Neither real v0.0.3 lock in the estate carries it. Rather than model multi-host identity for hosts the estate doesn't use: - `hostname: 'github.com'` is accepted, as the default it states; - any other host is refused by name, `{:unsupported_dependency_hostname, host}`; - in a v0.0.2 lock, the field is still malformed. The moduledoc records both points. ## Tests `test/rules/actions_lock_test.exs` gains three cases: - v0.0.3 is accepted with the same association semantics, and a malformed v0.0.3 lock still fails closed. - `v0.0.1`, `v0.0.4`, `v0.1.0` and a bare `0.0.3` are each refused, and a second version line is a duplicate. - `hostname` behaves as listed above, including a duplicate `hostname` line. I couldn't run the full suite in my sandbox, because repo.hex.pm is blocked there, so `mix deps.get` cannot run. Instead I ran this test file standalone against the compiled module with Elixir 1.14. I left out only the legacy `Hypatia.Rules` case, which needs the full engine. | Module | Result | |---|---| | patched | **15 / 15 pass** | | unpatched (`main`) | the own-lock test fails | The patched parser also reads four real locks: - this repo's: v0.0.3, 40 dependencies; - rsr-template-repo's: v0.0.3, 37; - palimpsest-license's: v0.0.2, 38; - standards': v0.0.2, 26. `lib/rules/actions_lock.ex` is formatter-clean. I left the untouched test lines as CI's Elixir 1.17 formatter has them. ## Relation to #929 #929 merges this branch unchanged (114d015 and a50c0e5), so CI there exercises this code too. The two PRs merge in either order. ## Follow-up When this merges, standards' `hypatia-scan-reusable.yml` and `governance-reusable.yml` can move their default `hypatia-ref` from `51ab649` to the merge commit. That makes the estate scanner accept v0.0.3 locks. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) https://claude.ai/code/session_01LET2eHeDbN3b4WuxYjMUX9 --------- Signed-off-by: Jonathan D.A.
