Retire A2ML; install the repo deed (as trope-checker #98 / workbench #75) #77

Deferred from Phase 0 (PR #76); recorded, not done there.
What: this repo still carries the A2ML machine-readable tree (.machine_readable/, 0-AI-MANIFEST.a2ml, docs/0.1-AI-MANIFEST.a2ml, machine-readable-design/). trope-checker (833e85f, PR #98) and the workbench (63eb8bc, PR #75) have already retired theirs.
Recipe (from those two PRs):
- Delete the
.a2mltree andmachine-readable-design/. - Add
hermeneia_chora.deed— grammar: standards1-formats/deed/spec/abnf/deed.abnf; record the clade decision in it. - Register the deed in
root-allow.txtandcoordination.k9. - Rewire the dogfood
a2ml-validatejob, pre-commit, Justfile, CODEOWNERS, dep5 and.gitattributesto the deed.
Needs: the deed validator. One PR for this repo alone. Deeds, root-allow.txt, coordination.k9 and .machine_readable/ are owner-only edits under the Phase 0 brief, so this is for the owner or an explicitly authorised pass.

Addendum from PR #76 review (Codex):
.machine_readable/descriptiles/STATE.a2mlis now stale on its own terms —ci-still-owed(line ~132) and theopen-warningsrationale (lines ~171–173) still sayAFFIRMATION.adocis an unsigned template and that Cargo was unavailable. On the PR #76 branch the AFFIRMATION is filled from a real run (39 + 7 tests at 21b1593) and only the owner's signature on landing is owed.
