chore(proofs): reconcile Grade 3 policy and proof status - #47
add a fail-closed proof-policy gate for the exact 22-source / 13-rejection / 1-integration inventory, strict first-party OPTIONS profile, standalone core imports, escape hatches, and a planted-postulate negative control
make the canonical recursive check state --cubical-compatible explicitly, retain warning suppression only at the pinned external integration boundary, and run policy before positive/negative proof gates
replace stale proof prose with a source-anchored ledger, open-needs queue, scoped constructive Kripke theorem inventory, and explicit PROVEN / TESTED / ASSUMED / OPEN boundaries
reconcile current docs, A2ML/K9 surfaces, contribution/governance metadata, and .well-known files; preserve historical snapshots as explicitly superseded history
remove the obsolete Logtalk-oriented Hypatia output convention in favour of the active JSON / Elixir-rules boundary
record scoped sibling production results at exact reviewed revisions without importing their APIs or proof responsibilities
Mathematical boundary
The change does not add generic bind/extract, collapse Echo into a resource instance, claim global warrant soundness, or redesign theorem code. It preserves the discrete constructive core, explicit factivity/warrant split, separate residue/resource accounting, and standalone sibling boundaries.
complete strict pragma on all 36 first-party Agda files
no positive-tree banned construct or unresolved hole
policy static/import/inventory path and fail-closed planted-postulate branch exercised
bash -n on all four gate scripts
A2ML files parse as TOML
current changed AsciiDoc/Markdown local links resolve; table/source delimiters are balanced
git diff --check
The sandbox has neither Agda 2.6.4.3 nor Guix, so bash scripts/check.sh correctly stops with FAIL: no Agda toolchain found. It does not count that as a rejection pass. This PR's pinned Proof Safety workflow is the required fresh canonical-profile receipt before the revision can be labelled Mathesis Grade 3.

Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added policy checks to the standard verification run, covering all 22 source modules and 13 expected-rejection cases.
Expanded proof documentation with a status ledger, remaining obligations, and updated coverage of Kripke semantics and proof results.
Improvements
Updated verification guidance and CI to use a stricter, Cubical-compatible Agda profile, with clearer failure reporting.
Refreshed project, build, and security documentation to clarify verification coverage, evidence, and known limitations.
The PR adds a policy gate before proof and rejection checks. It standardises Agda options and warning handling, expands verification to 22 source modules and 13 rejection fixtures, and updates documentation for Kripke semantics, proof status, project boundaries, and open obligations.
tests/check-policy.sh validates inventories, options, imports, prohibited constructs, and a planted-postulate rejection. The check sequence runs policy, proof, and rejection gates.
The records describe 22 source modules and scoped constructive Kripke semantics. Warrant descriptions include the K parameter and state theorem limitations.
Proof ledger and open obligations AFFIRMATION.adoc, EXPLAINME.adoc, PROOF-NEEDS.adoc, PROOF-STATUS.adoc
The records separate local checks, external evidence, and historical receipts. Open local proofs, independent rechecks, and correspondence work are listed.

Keep cubical compatibility off the current Echo pin
At the still-pinned echo-types revision 46cd1a32d4dcf1020f01dd1aab41f816742da10e, the imported Echo and EchoResidue modules do not declare the coinfective --cubical-compatible option. Enabling it here makes Agda flag those imports as non-compatible, and -W error then fails the canonical Echo workflow. Remove the option from the integration command and witness until the dependency is repinned to compatible sources, or update the pin together with this change.
The reason will be displayed to describe this comment to others. Learn more.
Validate source paths instead of only their count
If a source module is deleted or renamed while another .agda file is added, the total remains 22 and this purported exact-inventory check passes even though the theorem/module inventory recorded in STATE.a2ml and PROOF-STATUS.adoc has drifted. Compare the sorted source paths against an explicit authoritative manifest, as check-rejections.sh already does for rejection fixtures, rather than treating the count as the inventory.
The reason will be displayed to describe this comment to others. Learn more.
Reject later OPTIONS pragmas that weaken the profile
A module can retain the required first line and place another OPTIONS pragma immediately afterward, for example enabling --guardedness or disabling exact splitting; this check examines only head -n 1, while the Agda command line does not repeat all three source-hardening options. The policy would therefore report the complete strict profile while compiling under a weaker one. Inspect every OPTIONS pragma and reject overrides or extra option declarations.

Do not attribute the hardened gate to the earlier receipt
The cited run checked revision bf9c75a, but the current commit subsequently changes tests/check-policy.sh to enforce exact inventories and additional pragmas, adds the 23-span warning audit to tests/check-proofs.sh, and adds hardening flags to tests/check-rejections.sh. Consequently, this statement that no gate or option changed is false, and run 41326349568 cannot serve as the hosted receipt for the current final-head gate; keep that status pending until this revision's workflow passes and its receipt is recorded.

Describe the full local warning exception set
For readers or agents consuming this machine-readable state, the warning policy says the local suppression applies only to Kripke.Belief, while tests/check-proofs.sh disables the category for every strict pass and audits 23 spans across modules including IntegerModel, EchoBridge, ProofTransport, and SurrealBridge. This understates the actual compatibility boundary; point to the complete 23-span manifest rather than singling out one elimination.
The reason will be displayed to describe this comment to others. Learn more.
Pin Agda before enforcing version-specific warning spans
When just check runs with any locally installed Agda or the Guix fallback, scripts/check.sh merely reports the version and continues, even though this manifest is explicitly derived from Agda 2.6.4.3. A newer or older checker can move, rename, or eliminate these warnings, causing the stale-entry loop to reject an otherwise valid checkout; either require 2.6.4.3 before applying the exact-span audit or maintain version-specific manifests.
