ci(clusterfuzzlite): triage 'PR (address)' fuzzing job failures #143

Forked from #92 close-out.

Symptom

ClusterFuzzLite PR fuzzing / PR (address) job shows red across multiple PRs (most recent: #128, #130, #137).

Scope

• Per-step triage of the latest failing run.
• Confirm .clusterfuzzlite/Dockerfile -> Containerfile symlink (added in fix/clusterfuzzlite-dockerfile-symlink, already merged) is still intact.
• Check whether the fuzz harness expects a different entrypoint after recent dispatch.rs / proof_search.rs changes.

Acceptance

• Either: green on PR + main, OR
• Documented allow-fail with removal precondition.
