docs: drop the unused GIT_TOKEN and runners config from the architecture table - #528

…ure table No workflow reads GIT_TOKEN, and there is no runners config file. The config files live under src/hyperi_ci/config/, not config/.

Two stale rows in the config table in docs/architecture.md:
GIT_TOKENis listed as a hyperi-ci credential, but no workflow or source file reads it (rg GIT_TOKEN .github srcis empty).config/*.yamland lists arunnersfile. The shipped config lives undersrc/hyperi_ci/config/, and there is no runners file.Docs only.
