fix: keep ruff and ty out of .worktrees - #62

Conversation
Worktrees parked under .worktrees/ are other checkouts of this repo, and ruff and ty were linting them, so a local hyperi-ci check failed on code that is not ours. Both tools now exclude the directory. Closes #37.

A local hyperi-ci check failed on other checkouts parked under .worktrees/, because ruff and ty walked into them. This adds .worktrees to ruff extend-exclude and to ty's src.exclude.
Checked with a checkout nested under .worktrees/: ruff check --show-files lists 22 files and none under .worktrees/, and hyperi-ci check --quick ends quality complete with ty passing.
Closes #37.
