2.1.0 was already live on both stores, so the release only tagged the commit that shipped it and published a note. Records what was deliberately not done — no rebuild, no re-upload, no screenshot recapture, and no APK attached to the GitHub release, so a third distribution channel is not opened by accident. Also records why PR #6 was closed unmerged ahead of the tag, so the next re-art attempt does not repeat dropped facings, swapped creature sheets, clipped cells, non-animating frames, or a card bitmap behind an unchanged text layout.
