Ready-made kanban boards for Nextcloud Deck: sprints, bug triage, GTD reviews, content calendars, hiring, OKRs, moving house, and more. Each template gives you the columns, labels, and a handful of starter cards with checklists, so you can begin with a working process instead of an empty board.
Every template is free and available in English, German, and French. Browse them with previews at deckloud.com/nextcloud-deck-templates.
Templates open in Deckloud, a free Nextcloud Deck app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, and Linux. The board is created on your own Nextcloud server, so it works in the Deck web app too.
- Install Deckloud from the download page and sign in to your Nextcloud.
- Create a new board and choose Start from template.
- Pick a template, name the board, and create it.
To use a template file from this repository, download its .deckloud-template.json file and choose Import template file when you create a board.

Each template follows the public schema in schemas/deckloud-template-v1.schema.json. manifest.v1.json lists the English catalog, and manifest.v1.de.json and manifest.v1.fr.json list the German and French ones. Every entry has a sha256 of its template file.
The templates are released under CC0 1.0. Use, copy, and change them however you like, no credit needed.
