Redesign Login and Signup Pages — Eliminate Empty Space #30

Objective

Redesign the current authentication screens so the login and signup pages use the available viewport intentionally instead of leaving large empty areas around a small centered card.

Design direction

• Introduce a balanced split-panel authentication layout on desktop.
• Add a branded VeritasAI visual panel with trust/security messaging and subtle animated elements.
• Keep the form panel compact, focused, and visually elevated.
• Use the existing minimal tech aesthetic with intentional light/dark theme support.
• Add tasteful Motion animations and responsive transitions.
• Collapse to a single-column layout on smaller screens without losing hierarchy.

Requirements

• Apply to both /login and /signup.
• Preserve all existing authentication behavior, validation, Google sign-in, session handling, and biometric verification.
• Remove unnecessary empty viewport space.
• Maintain accessible focus states and readable contrast.
• Keep the design consistent with the current VeritasAI UI revamp.
