### Changed

- Raise the minimum `hotdata` SDK version to `>=0.7,<0.8` (was `>=0.6,<0.7`), to
track its current minor per this project's SDK-pinning convention. 0.7.0 is
purely additive for the surface this backend uses (an unused optional `key`
field on table declarations; `LoadManagedTableRequest.upload_id` widened from
required to optional). Verified via the full offline test suite run directly
against `hotdata==0.7.0`. This also unblocks co-installing `hotdata-ibis`
alongside `hotdata-dlt-destination` once it raises its own `hotdata` floor to
0.7.
