docs(skill): document HOTDATA_DATABASE - #352

The CLI reads it (src/client/sdk.rs) as the database for commands without -d, ahead of the saved current database. The skill and README now both say so.

Skill audit after 0.43.0: every 0.40–0.43 changelog item was already covered (
--if-not-exists, load retry/RESOURCE_LOCKED,load --database, fork-ambiguity,database_forkjobs, dialect writes, update check). The one gap wasHOTDATA_DATABASE, which the CLI honours but the skill never named. check-skills coverage: 66 commands, 174 flags.
