One-line sort by created_at ascending after the API fetch. Nulls sort before any real timestamp (old databases without a created_at date stay at the top). Applies to table, json, and yaml output.

Verified: sort runs before the output-format match so it applies to json/yaml/table uniformly, and Rust's Option::cmp orders None first so null created_at values stay at the top as described. UTC ISO-8601 timestamps sort correctly lexicographically.
