More Information
There was no plugin to manage Chargecore EV chargers. These are chinese made and very difficult to automate. This plugin gives you full access to start/stop the charging, vehicle connection/disconnection, as well as the option to automate auto-start when connected (which is a pain to start manually). The plugin also has matter support, so in iOS >= 27, real time energy consumption can be visualized.
It has a full test suite and documentation, including Chargecore EV instructions.

Thanks for contributing this to Homebridge, @jgalindosl! It's the first ChargeCore plugin, and the Matter energy reporting is a nice touch. It's now verified, your icon has been added, and I've listed it on the Matter plugins wiki page too.
A few suggestions for the future, none of them blocking:
GitHub releases: only v1.0.3 has one so far. Release notes show in the Homebridge UI when someone updates, so a release for each new version helps your users.
Charger offline: when HomeKit switches charging while the charger isn't connected, the error comes out of the onSet handler as a plain Error. Throwing new api.hap.HapStatusError(api.hap.HAPStatus.SERVICE_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE) lets Home show "No Response" cleanly, without Homebridge logging it as a plugin error.
allowedChargerIds: by default, any device on the network that connects to the server gets an accessory. It might be worth pointing users to that setting in the README.
