Hook behavior change

The rumdl hook is now lint-only by default (rumdl check): it reports violations and exits non-zero, but no longer rewrites your files. This matches the ruff / markdownlint-cli convention, where the bare linter hook is non-destructive.

To auto-fix in place, opt in with args:
