📖 docs(roadmap): cite the Codex and Gemini CLI hooks in the CLI matrix - #426

ROADMAP.md derives each CLI's level from what the repository documents, but the codex and gemini rows predate the README hook section added in #422. Both stay best-effort: neither has a CLI-specific test yet. Looks correct to me. Checked against main:
README.md:299-343documents both the CodexStophook and the Gemini CLIAfterAgenthook, so the new Evidence text inROADMAP.mdrows forcodexandgeminimatches what the repo actually documents.- No
codex/geminimatch insrc/*.test.tsor.github/tests/, so keeping both rows at Best-effort with "no CLI-specific test or fixture" is accurate under the promotion rule stated in the same file.
Two-line evidence-column update, no behaviour change.

Why
ROADMAP.md says its supported-CLI levels are "derived from what the repository tests or documents today", and the
clauderow counts the README's Claude CodeStophook as evidence. #422 later documented the same post-response hook path for Codex and Gemini CLI, but the roadmap rows for those two CLIs were written before that and don't mention it. A Codex or Gemini user deciding whether rationguard supports their CLI should see the hook.Both rows stay Best-effort. Neither CLI has a test or fixture of its own yet, and ROADMAP.md's promotion rule requires CI-run tests.
