Bumps the version ahead of tagging v0.2.0. The release workflow refuses a tag that disagrees with Cargo.toml, so this has to land first.

Minor rather than patch: alongside the transcription fix, the release adds a progress bar, which is user-visible behaviour.

Since v0.1.0:

• Whisper no longer conditions each window on the previous one. A repetition loop used to sustain itself through the carry-over; on a 157-minute recording it filled 93% of the transcript with one fabricated sentence, and the resulting transcript was too large for minutes generation to fit in context.
• Transcription draws a progress bar on stderr when it is a terminal.
