Add a new feature, `address_space` which pulls out non-`proc_vm` types and traits from that feature. This permits the usage of address_space types without the need for compiling FS drivers.
Some dependencies are not needed for all imports. Make those imports optional and import them when needed to supress warnings.

Since we are now running clippy over the test code in CI, fix all issues identified.
Fix a warning related to inheriting the `lint.workspace` option in usertests.
