The guide step said to add the translated heading ids only once every chapter is translated. A partly translated guide needs them too, or its question marks open the chapter without reaching the heading.

The small docs PR from #712. Step 4 of TRANSLATING.md now says to add the translated heading ids to
GUIDE_SECTIONSwith each chapter, not only once the guide is complete, as Hungarian already does. Chapter names inGUIDE_CHAPTERSstay a complete-guide thing.Only
