• Bump NoteTweaker to version 6.4.5.
• Update NDK and mod dependencies, including Custom Types, Paper, and ChatPlex SDK.
• Rework the color-note visual cache to be IL2CPP-friendly.

• Improve temporary scaling behavior for notes and burst-slider notes.
