feat: add configurable dashboard job views

Summary

• add shared presets and browser-persisted personal job views
• support configurable visibility, ordering, and promoted tag columns
• replace the column tile grid with an accessible vertical drawer and live preview
• add per-view manual widths, auto-fit, reset controls, and exact-width tables
• contain long badges and use compact single-line job timestamps
• update Testcontainers to the patched dependency chain
