Restyle the dashboard after h5i's docs and the Harbordark desktop - #6

Archivo and IBM Plex Mono now ship inside the binary (SIL OFL, licences in dashboard/fonts/), so the workspace stays offline and the CSP stays 'self'. Colors move to a warm charcoal ground with paper ink and a single red accent; syntax tones follow Harbordark. The layout follows the same desktop: one floating status bar with numbered views (keys 1 and 2 switch them), tiled panes whose titles and counts sit in the border, the focused pane taking the accent border, and keyboard hints along the bottom of the decompiler workspace.
