PI decision 2026-10-31. Same matrices (git mv; only the Gx/Gz header comment changes; byte-identical to DistQLDPC's renamed files). Upper bounds unchanged. TN_360_4_17to24 -> TN_360_4_23to24 (GH-157) TN_396_4_17to26 -> TN_396_4_23to26 (GH-157) TN_504_2_17to34 -> TN_504_2_24to34 (GH-157) TN_648_10_9to32 -> TN_648_10_22to32 (GH-157) BB_1080_4_30to48 -> BB_1080_4_32to48 (GH-162, reproduced by GH-183) BB_756_16_30to34 -> BB_756_16_32to34 (GH-183) BB_864_4_30to40 -> BB_864_4_32to40 (GH-183) TN_496_2_23to30 -> TN_496_2_27to30 (GH-181) Lower bounds from DistQLDPC's optional CC engine with rules that were opt-in when found (charge is default on DistQLDPC main since #161; tiebreak, mrv/-cc-roworder=bfs and sparse rules are not on main), each reproduced with a different search order or binary of the same engine (not an independent second method). Updated: data/README.md (tier5 row, naming example, rename note), NOTICE (naming example, 2a list, 2b rename note, 2c/2d lines), tables/TN_360_4_23to24.tex name and label, tables/appendix_benchmark_tables.tex, tests/test_repository_paths.py. Mirrors the tier5 stem renames of guluchen/DistQLDPC#216 (PI decision 2026-10-31). Same matrices (
git mv; only the Gx/Gz header comment changes; all 32 files byte-identical to DistQLDPC's renamed files). Upper bounds unchanged. The new lower bounds come from DistQLDPC's optional CC engine, with rules that were opt-in when the bounds were found.
charge(GH-157) has been the default on DistQLDPC main since guluchen/DistQLDPC#161.tiebreakwithmrv/-cc-roworder=bfs(#180 / #204) andsparse,sparseov,sparsemrv(#203) are not on main. Each bound was reproduced with a different search order or binary of the same engine, which is not an independent second method. Details are in the DistQLDPC rename-history rows.Updated (pattern of #14, plus #13 for TN_360):
data/README.md: tier5 row, naming example, a 2026-10-31 rename note.NOTICE: naming example, section 2a list, section 2b rename note, the 2c QT2 line, and the 2d BB line (lower bound 32).tables/TN_360_4_17to24.tex->tables/TN_360_4_23to24.tex(caption and label), andtables/appendix_benchmark_tables.tex.tests/test_repository_paths.py:EXPECTED_TIERSand the harness stem parameter.Old names remain only in the dated rename notes.
tests/test_repository_paths.py: 8/8 pass locally. pytest is not installed on this Mac, so the file was run through a minimal stand-in forpytest.mark.parametrize/pytest.raises.Do not merge until the PI confirms (together with the DistQLDPC PR).
