Repaired the broken 3.0 playback and TUI release after an item-by-item manual validation pass.

Changes included:

• restored current Anime365 and H365 source parsing and fast shared search
• kept Episode, Translation, quality, playback, and AniList login workflows inside the TUI
• attached native ASS subtitles to IINA and mpv and added a seek-focused verification harness
• added Continue Watching position persistence, Home trends, and hot-reloaded Config editing
• completed the approved TUI color, tips, upgrade, quiet-startup, playing-state, and Profile debug behavior
• declared IINA on macOS and mpv on Linux in packaging and prepared release CI for the IINA cask

Validation completed:

• 224 Rust tests passed; 11 platform/process tests remained intentionally ignored
• a365dt-cli Clippy passed
• Rust formatting and diff whitespace checks passed
• the rendered Homebrew formula passed syntax and style checks
• every requested behavior checkpoint was manually accepted

Release effect:

• this fix commit was intended to let Release Please produce the immutable v3.0.1 patch release; the existing immutable v3.0.0 tag and assets remained untouched.
