Hi! I'm new to NPM component development and i'm in the need to create a pair of reusable components. In past porjects i've used SCSS to style all. I hace two questions. Its good practice to publish a component with styles? and if yes, The SCSS loader only should be on dev config ? Thanks for your help dude!
