docs: add CI badge and note about bundled Iceberg demo data - #22

- CI badge at the top links to the GitHub Actions workflow introduced in #11 so visitors can see build status at a glance. - Quick Start now mentions that the init container seeds a 37,537-row Iceberg table at s3://movies/warehouse/demo/movies (the change made in #8), so users know they can query immediately after startup without providing their own bucket.
