Update alumni roles and add former undergraduate researcher role - #8

Rename PhD Graduate role to Ph.D. alumnus, move Tina Ghodsi Asnaashari and Raphael Kirchgaessner to it, and add a new Former Undergraduate Researcher role for Maansi Singh. Group the Alumni section by role to match the Current Members layout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
