Closing as a Dependabot reincarnation of #77 after main moved.

Same hold reasons:

  • major tooling bumps in one PR (TypeScript 5→7, ESLint 9→10, Babel 7→8, release-it 19→21)
  • typescript-eslint@8.70 peers typescript <6.1.0 — conflicts with TS 7
  • CI fails: bun install --frozen-lockfile (lockfile inconsistent with package.json)

Please reopen as split PRs (safe patches vs TS7 / ESLint10 / Babel8) when ready to migrate tooling — not as a single Dependabot group bump.
