fix(mcp): Name the agent and user on MCP agent feedback - #1811

Feedback from submit_feedback_to_sentry_team showed as "Anonymous User" because it carried no name. Label it with the MCP client and Sentry user ID, which our other MCP telemetry already uses, instead of a name or email. Co-Authored-By: Matt Duncan <14761+mrduncan@users.noreply.github.com>

Feedback sent through
submit_feedback_to_sentry_teamshows up as "Anonymous User" in Sentry's feedback list. The event has the Sentry user ID from the request scope, but no name or email, and the feedback UI only shows those two fields. This PR sets the feedback
nameto the MCP client and that same user ID, for exampleMCP agent (opencode) for user 123. When either one is missing, it drops that part, down to plainMCP agent. The rest of our MCP telemetry already identifies people this way: by user ID, with no name or email. So this adds no new personal data, and triagers can searchuser.id:<id>from a feedback item to find that session's spans and logs.via @mrduncan.
