fix(deps): Bump @modelcontextprotocol/server to 2.4.0 for fast-uri 3.1.8 - #1758

@modelcontextprotocol/server 2.3.0 inlines fast-uri 3.1.0 in its prebuilt ajv provider, so the ajv>fast-uri override never reached that copy. 2.4.0 is the first release that embeds a fixed fast-uri (3.1.8). Fixes #1752 Co-Authored-By: BYK <burak.kaya@sentry.io>

@modelcontextprotocol/serverships a prebuilt ajv provider with its own copy of fast-uri inlined. In 2.3.0 that copy is fast-uri 3.1.0, which is affected by the CVEs listed in #1752. Ourajv@8.20.0>fast-urioverride only covers the normal ajv dependency, so it never reached the inlined copy. 2.4.0 is the first release that inlines a fixed fast-uri (3.1.8).The catalog pin covers both
mcp-coreandmcp-cloudflare, so this fixes the stdio package, the hosted Worker, andsentry mcpin the CLI. In the hosted context,agents@0.20.1also resolves its@modelcontextprotocol/serverpeer to 2.4.0 now. The only 2.0.0 copy left comes in through@mastra/core, and none of the bundles below include it.Checked locally by looking for code that only fast-uri 3.1.0 has (
normalizeComponentEncoding) and code that only 3.1.8 has (URI scheme is malformed.) in each build output:mcp-cloudflareWorker (dist/sentry_mcp/index.js)@sentry/mcp-server(dist/index.js,dist/index.cjs)dist/index.cjs,dist/index.mjs)Before this change, the CLI npm bundle still had the 3.1.0 code.
