Removes the Code Mappings tab from the integration configuration page. Code mappings are now managed from the project's Connected Repositories panel and the org Repositories page. This deletes the tab's components and specs, drops the now-unused codeMappings tab type and the analytics view and event only that tab sent, and shows the Settings tab only when other tabs exist.

Part of the Code Mappings Refactor project.

Depends on #129491 and #129513, which must merge first.

Stale link to removed mappings tab

Medium Severity

Removing the codeMappings tab leaves the Add Code Owner empty state linking to ?tab=codeMappings on the integration settings page. That query no longer matches a tab, so the link falls back to Settings or User Mappings instead of a place to create mappings. Users with no mappings cannot finish CODEOWNERS setup from that modal.

Depends on: #129513

The nth-child(3)/nth-child(4) selectors assumed Code Mappings was the second tab. Navigate directly to the correct tab via the URL query param instead, which is robust to tab additions or removals.
