Follow up to #105344

Implements the SlackEntrypoint!

There is quite a bit of boilerplate for setting up the custom renderers. If this proves to be too much to review in one PR, I can break it out, but a lot of the line count comes from tests. This PR should be entirely slack specific, so @getsentry/ecosystem may be best to review.
