This workflow appears to be quite stale/disabled. Additionally, codecov/engineering-team#3364 indicates the underlying ATS functionality has been deleted, so let's just wipe it!

intro'd in #58520 but seems like we never used codecov-ats?

sorta outdated because the action now outputs json: codecov/codecov-ats#30

i'll see if i can get this working since we are uploading ats data, just not using it

actually jk the workflow itself has been disabled so we actually have not been uploading data: https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/actions/workflows/codecov_ats.yml

@joshuarli yep, given it has been disabled and ignored for quite some time, figured it's just nicer to wipe and we can always refer back to this PR if needed. Nonetheless, will wait for Gio to return and check up on if this is safe to delete then.

ATS isn't even working anymore afaict: #105338

We can delete all things related to codecov ats.
