Removes `successFocus`, `errorFocus`, `dangerFocus`, `warningFocus` aliases. These can all use the `tokens.border[semantic]` scale instead. Unblocks #105105

Part of Scraps theme cleanup efforts.
This PR updates the structure of our tokens to actually generate the
theme.tokensobject with a backwards-compatability shim. The DX of using tokens in significantly improved.new-tokens-dx.mov
Closes DE-646, DE-641
