taskbroker is moving its build image from rust:1.96.1-bookworm to rust:1.96.1-trixie (getsentry/taskbroker#813). Mirror it alongside the bookworm tag so the build keeps avoiding Docker Hub rate limits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

rust:1.96.1-trixie(amd64 and arm64), next to the existing1.96.1-bookwormentry.taskbroker builds FROM the mirrored
1.96.1-bookwormsince getsentry/taskbroker#816, to avoid Docker Hub rate limits on GitHub-hosted runners. getsentry/taskbroker#813 moves that build to Debian 13 (trixie), so it needs the trixie tag mirrored too. The digests match whatmain.py's own lookup returns.
