Dockerfile: python:3.12@sha256:9e615ab2… → ghcr.io/getsentry/image-mirror-library-python:3.12.9-bookworm.

The mirror entry uses the linux amd64/arm64 manifests from that exact pinned index, which is Python 3.12.9 on bookworm, so the image contents are unchanged.

Why: objectstore CI builds this repo's main as its GCS emulator, and that build has been failing on the anonymous Docker Hub pull of this base image.

Depends on getsentry/image-mirror#37 being merged and synced.

Docker Hub has been rate limiting and timing out anonymous pulls from GitHub-hosted runners. Use the GHCR copies from getsentry/image-mirror, pinned to the patch tag each floating tag resolved to.
