Replace the Windows startup sequence with root
npm run dev, which builds and owns the agent, durable queue, indexer, detector, simulator, and three-page investigation UI. Explore, Overview, and Alerts use real data, measured charts, and SVG traffic motion at 10,000 logs per dot.The C++20 pipeline provides durable checkpoints, SQLite WAL/FULL, expiring leases, fenced acknowledgments, and commit-before-ack idempotent indexing. Cursor searches retain complete FTS fallback; invalid records are quarantined. Detector evidence uses full windows and valid log references. Non-root Compose deployment and Windows setup are supported.
Codex review fix: restore JSON message/severity/source aliases, numeric levels, and timestamp units through shared parser normalization. Preserve raw payloads and stable IDs without parsing each JSON record twice. Regression coverage includes fractional seconds, UTC offsets, numeric/string timestamps, canonical-field precedence, and replay deduplication.
Validation:
benchmarks/latest.json. These short VM measurements exclude UI/detector and do not isolate code overhead from VM/storage variability.
