feat: 이어 연 세대의 첫 우편은 지침 전문(resumed-generation) - #178

restartOf·resume·inheritMail·restoredFrom·secretaryResumeSource로 이어 연 start는 마지막 전문 시도 뒤 첫 우편을 전문으로 보낸다. sameProcess 재사용은 세지 않는다. 우편 세대(bounds·generationOf)는 바꾸지 않는다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

이어 연(restart·resume·inherit) 감독은 대화가 압축됐을 수 있어 규칙 기억을 모른다. 그 뒤 첫 우편이 요약이 되지 않게 한다. 우편 세대는 그대로다.
