Changelog entry for fullstackhero/dotnet-starter-kit#1397: the Docker Compose file mounted the Postgres 18 data volume at the pre-18 path, so Postgres restart-looped on a fresh machine and the stack never came up. The entry carries the upgrade note for volumes created by Postgres 17 or earlier.
