chore(deps)!: update Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos to 3.62.0 - #38

3.62.0 is the version the SDK changelog names the minimum recommended one. Relevant changes for this library: - ReadManyItemsAsync now uses a point read when a physical partition has a single requested (id, partition key) pair; - 449 (RetryWith) responses on the gateway and thin client paths are retried client-side for up to 30 s (60 s when the account default consistency is Strong); - System.Text.Json converters for the Spatial geometry types; - since 3.61.0 the SDK appends id to the partition key when /id is the last path of a hierarchical key. BREAKING CHANGE: the package now requires Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos 3.62.0 or later. That release enables thin client mode by default, which sends data-plane traffic over HTTP/2 on port 10250 and does not support resource-token authentication; consumers who use resource tokens or allow outbound traffic on port 443 only opt out with AZURE_COSMOS_THIN_CLIENT_ENABLED=false.
