Project Maintained?

Hi. First off, love what you've done! I love it so much that I forked it and made some improvements.

I have a few questions.

1. Do you want pull requests? My changes are pretty massive and I'm not sure if you have the time to review and test everything. You could alternatively link to my fork to forward on users.
2. How do we handle copyright and licensing? I guess that your 2013 copyright statement should remain right? Even though I'm making significant changes. The thing is, all the node_modules are open source and MIT license based so I would expect your tool to also be the same. Anything I should know here? I will add a credit section BTW to reference you. Any particular people I should mention?
